  Basically, they have the menu of a diner. All day breakfast, burgers, dinners. I have been there many times, and I have never been disappointed with the food or service. And reasonably priced too.
  And, they are also a great bakery. Their rye bread is as good as any we have ever had. And all the goodies they make are all delicious.
  I wanted to list at least one negative, but I couldn't think of one.

  I ordered a salad with "pan-fried" chicken. While other menu items specified whether the chicken was grilled or breaded, this one did not. I was a little disappointed that it was, indeed breaded and fried. But I accepted it. I then realized how OVER COOKED it was. Like a hockey puck overcooked. When asked—by two different wait staff—about my meal, I politely told (and showed) them that the chicken was way overcooked. The response was, "Oh. I'm sorry." That's it.
  
  First, it wasn't their fault that it was overcooked; it was the cook's fault. Second, the RIGHT response would've been to 1.) let the cook know. 2.) offer me a replacement cutlet or something else off the menu, 3.) take something off the bill (since most of the chicken wasn't edible), or possibly, 4.) Offer me a free dessert or coffee, or something to perhaps reverse my opinion of the place. I got NOTHING. An apology from the wait staff was not enough, and I will not go back there.
